After my degree i'd like to go onto a PGCE course, I'm currently considering Leeds trinity and all saints which seems to have a good reputation for their PGCE courses. It helps that I know people that have gone through it and received jobs easily afterwards. I've been told that Huddersfield have good PGCE courses which I will check out but I'd rather stay local and I know the schools Leeds trinity have their pupils doing placement at.

To get onto a PGCE i need as much experience as possible in schools and teaching kids. So i've applied to St. Marys School in Menston, and should be visiting the school for a few days at the end of June. Simply waiting for my CRB to come through now to ensure I can go.

I'm considering of applying to Benton Park school, Rawdon, in September. This is a specialist technology school which would be great for me as i'm wanting to teach design.
